The Warehouse Manager will oversee the company’s warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching and inventory/storage of products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Proven ability to deliver results by coaching and training subordinates and not by doing their work. • Proven track record of delivering results as far as warehouse performance: Ship in stock items within 24-48 hours of order entry Ship in stock light poles in less than 1 week Minimize % of orders that are delayed or on hold Minimize backorders by collaborating with Purchasing, Production and Sales. • Earn respect of the rest of the organization so that other departments see this individual as a resource who helps them get to the next level. • Exceptional time management and organization skills.
