WAVY-TV 10/WVBT FOX43 is searching for a dynamic SALES & MARKETING INTERN who wants to make a difference for clients trying to grow their business through advertising with a top local TV station, along with our website and social media platforms. The intern will assist the sales team in creation of sales one-sheets, assist in planning of special... sales projects, perform ratings research, assist staff in prep for sales calls, and work with clients on social media strategy. This is an UNPAID / FOR-CREDIT position for the summer semester 2024 only. Some experience crafting images and videos for social media platforms preferred but not required. The successful candidate must have a willingness to learn the inner workings of a local newsroom and how all departments in a TV station work to support each other.
