This role is essential for the growth of Wayfair’s influencer marketing efforts. You will be responsible for discovering emerging influencer talent, owning first-touch communications, vetting interested applicants, and more. Additionally, you will assist the team in curating lists of creators for ad-hoc campaign initiatives. Your strong interest in social media and the creator economy will be crucial in executing this role effectively.What You'll Do: Manage and scale our influencer discovery and outreach initiatives.Stay up to date on the latest trends in the creator space in order to best discover new creators that align with the Wayfair brand vision.Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, leveraging data to optimize our outreach strategy.Communicate application-rate trends and improvement opportunities to management and the broader team.Meet or exceed our daily/weekly target for the number of creators outreached.What You’ll Need: Experience with social media and the creator economyCreative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand buildingHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExperience using influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plusA Bachelor’s degree, preferredAbout Wayfair Inc.Wayfair is one of the world’s largest online destinations for the home.
