The ADS Program Lead is responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing a comprehensive activity and recreation program for individuals served. This role focuses on enhancing quality of life by promoting social engagement, physical activity, and community involvement, while ensuring programming reflects individual needs, interests, and abilities. Collaborate with Support Service Administrators (SSAs) to ensure individuals receive appropriate services and support. Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking and hearing.
