Web Design and Marketing Assistant

Position: Marketing Web Design & Marketing Assistant (Full Time). Location: Manchester, NH 03102. ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage direct mail‑to‑digital marketing campaigns for clients within the internal marketing platform.Design web banner ads and social media ads, and set up call and QR code tracking.Coordinate general campaign communication and ensure campaign deadlines are met.Develop and maintain web, email, and print collateral projects, including resource updates and designs for internal and client web properties.Create landing pages, manage web‑to‑print portal user administration, and produce marketing collateral and outbound email marketing content.Maintain social media, blogs, and other internal marketing department functions.Collaborate with creative teams in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating a positive attitude, quality focus, and strong attention to detail.QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in marketing, web, or graphic design, or an equivalent portfolio.Portfolio links for graphic design (web & print) and web projects.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (helpful but not required).Strong detail orientation, ability to meet critical deadlines, and pride in quality work.Proficiency with WordPress, responsive front‑end web design, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Graphic and web design skills, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. ).Experience setting up, launching, and managing online advertising campaigns.Bonus: Experience configuring paid digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.ReportingThis position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Digital Services. Physical RequirementsSignificant periods of sitting at a desk.Occasional walking to coordinate with key departments.Significant periods of screen time.Fine motor skills for keyboarding and manipulation of artwork and documentation.Ability to distinguish colors and shades.Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds (marketing materials, collateral).
