Web Designer

This role is focused on designing and building high-quality WordPress websites in a fast-paced production environment. Most of our clients are in the home service industry, with a strong focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other local service-based businesses. Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites using ElementorCreate responsive, mobile-friendly website layouts with a strong understanding of UI/UX principlesApply client branding, colors, typography, imagery, and creative direction throughout each websiteWork from sitemaps, content documents, brand guides, client notes, and website examplesBuild clean, conversion-focused websites for home service and local service-based businessesCustomize website layouts using HTML and CSS when neededComplete quality control checks before handoff, including reviewing mobile layouts, broken links, missing content, formatting issues, and visual consistencySupport website go-lives, post-launch reviews, and general website lifecycle processesCollaborate with designers, developers, project managers, content writers, and digital strategists to deliver projects on time and within specificationsUse Adobe Creative Suite to create, edit, or optimize website graphics and assets as neededExperience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve workflow efficiency is a plus.Experience with Figma for wireframing, mockups, and design collaboration is a plus.Stay current with WordPress, Elementor, responsive design, and web design best practices This is a great fit for a designer who can move quickly, follow systems, think creatively, and produce quality work in a high-volume website environment.
