Web Designer and Marketing Coordinator Seven Springs Organic Farm & Garden Supply is an authentic, grass roots business established over 30 years ago. We are a fast-growing industry leader in sustainable agriculture, and desire to stay relevant with current and future generations. We have a new position for an experienced and creative web designer and marketing professional with the desire to improve, create and maintain our digital and printed marketing materials. Qualifications: • A portfolio that shows you’re adept at conceptual and editorial design • Knowledge of what consumers find interesting, attractive and compelling • Dedication to working in a collaborative environment to develop and deliver the best ideas • Ability to take a project from concept to completion while working within proposed time and budgetary parameters • Flexibility and keen attention to detail in order to manage and advance projects • Exceptional research, grammar and proofing skills Responsibilities: • Research and obtain an understanding of our place and potential within our industry • Refine and manage our current BigCommerce hosted website • Edit, create, and produce digital and print marketing materials, especially our catalog • Improve and maintain consistent company branding and profile across all platforms (e.g., web, catalog, flyers, ads and social media) • Standardizing, coordinating and evaluating marketing efforts Requirements: • 3 years minimum of professional experience in UX design and content strategy across a variety of environments – web applications, websites and print media • Strong skills at improving and maintaining SEO profile • Expert knowledge in languages such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript and responsive web frameworks • Experience with catalog production and print design software Why you are the right person: • You already possess the skills to improve our website, printed catalog and advertising materials • You desire to be part of a small TEAM in a family environment • You are local (within 1-hour drive time) and flexible on your work location Current programs and systems used: • Print ad and bi-annual catalog - Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator • Website - hosted by BigCommerce Starting Pay & Benefits: • Part-Time ~30hours/week with potential to migrate into full-time employment • $30-40K annually based on experience • Company provided laptop/computer, printer and cell phone or technology stipend/reimbursement • Benefits include paid time off and bonus Please submit your resume, portfolio and application (https://www.7springsfarm.com/content/Employment-application.pdf). *Please don't reply if you are a contract for hire, or unable to be in reasonable distance to travel to the business location with ease.
