The ideal candidate is passionate about the web design process with a desire to work with other smart creative people to solve user experience and design challenges. \- Execute on designs for a variety of brands and project types (visual user interfaces, websites, digital ascetics and applications). \- Prep files for development and work with the leads to ensure a great looking final product \- Partner with all disciplines (digital, technology, sales, marketing and production). \- Brainstorm initial creative direction and provide design rationales outlining direction and tactical solutions. Qualifications \- Degree in Design, Human Factors or a related creative discipline \- 2+ years industry experience in an agency or creative studio setting \- Portfolio showing a strong web design sense with big brand experience in integrated campaigns \- Poise and focus under pressure \- Must be detailed oriented and work well handling multiple jobs in a fast- paced environment \- Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem solving skills \- Advanced level of experience with the Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite \- Passion (the ability to view the work as fun!)
