Smirk, Oklahoma’s original digital agency, is looking for a seasoned Web & SEO specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City. What You’ll Do • Develop and execute SEM strategies for clients (technical, local, paid and content-driven) • Audit websites for performance issues and identify opportunities for improvement • Complete keyword research, competitor analysis and conversion tracking setup • Build and optimize WordPress websites or landing pages within Divi, Shopify, LeadPages or other visual builders • Coordinate with Smirk’s Creative Team for website design and Digital Content Specialists for website copy development • Oversee and contribute to blog development, including SEO strategy, copywriting, editing and providing direction to Digital Content Specialists • Manage Google Business Profiles for clients, optimizing listings for local visibility • Build and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display and retargeting • Create data dashboards in a drag-and-drop builder for reporting • Collaborate with leadership, project managers and creative team on high-level strategy • Delegate project responsibilities amongst the Web & SEO Team and provide direction to external vendors • Guide Smirk’s internal Web & SEO strategy • Provide community management support • Support professional development for junior team members Why Smirk?
