web3 cofounder / memelord needed

I can create the art and the smart contract, and I have been building my credibility in the space for some time, but I am too busy with all the different ventures that I'm involved in to do this all on my own, and engaging with and building community is not my forte. What I'm trying to build, though, is not your typical web3 NFT project - the plan is to build a DAO that bridges multiple IRL and web3 ventures, and acts as a launch-pad for incubating and investing in projects from the team and from the community. In addition to the above mentioned critical skills, this person should also be someone who: 1) has another source of income and can be committed to this project while working on it in their spare time for a while 2) has at least 5 months experience in the web3 space and is currently active 3) Ideally has a network that they can pull from, or else knows how to grow one fast 4) understands or at least has an interest in smart contracts (I can do the coding, and pull in some of my existing community members to help and/or audit as needed) 5) has an appreciation for art or all kinds (I am also an artist, and have been doing most of the art for the first project, but the idea is not for this to be just me. d) Fairness (for example we don't create fomo to get desperate people to grind or spam twitter with retweets for a chance to win something just because the grinding is free advertising for us - instead, I would propose we focus on other types of contests and we provide bounties for sharing on social media ) e) long term thinking (since we're building something with real value that will take some time to actually provide that value in a tangible way, flippers won't really help us in this market. we may take profit on some trades with a portion of the treasury if it makes sense, but this is not the core of what we will do) If you got this far, I'd say it's safe to assume that you're interested, or else you're an NFT hater and you're trying to doxx me here so you can send me death threats on how my sustainability focused web3 brand is just a greenwashing ponzi scheme that will kill the planet and ruin both art and gaming at the same time.
