We’re looking for a Website Designer & Developer who can both design and build modern, strategic, and user-friendly websites for a variety of client accounts. Design and build websites, landing pages, and custom web components for client accountsDevelop responsive desktop and mobile-friendly websites within WordPress and similar CMS platformsCustomize website functionality, layouts, and user experiences based on client needsCreate custom sections, page structures, and interactive website elementsCollaborate with clients and internal teams when needed, while also being capable of independently executing website buildsUnderstand website usability, performance, responsiveness, and conversion-focused designTroubleshoot website issues and make ongoing updates or enhancements as neededDesign supporting digital assets including social media graphics, digital ads, email campaign visuals, website banners, icons, and other digital marketing graphicsManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyMaintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables and proofing projects Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Computer Science, or a related degree3+ years of web design/ front-end development experience (agency experience preferred)Experience building and customizing websites within WordPress is requiredExperience with additional website platforms such as HubSpot, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms is a strong plusBasic to intermediate programming/coding knowledge is strongly preferred, including HTML, CSS, Basic JavaScript, and/or front-end development conceptsAbility to build custom website sections and functionality within website platformsStrong understanding of responsive design, website structure, UX principles, and performance-focused web designExperience with website builders, themes, plugins, and CMS customizationProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and modern AI-powered design toolsStrong communication skills, including the ability to interact directly with clientsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-client environmentStrong organizational and time-management skills
