As the firm continues to expand, we are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and hands-on Website & Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital presence, website strategy, lead generation efforts, and online growth initiatives. We are looking for someone who understands how to build, optimize, and continuously improve a high-performing digital platform that drives qualified leads, supports conversion growth, and strengthens brand visibility across multiple markets. Experience in website management, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, or growth marketing Strong understanding of conversion optimization and lead generation strategy Experience managing websites and coordinating with developers and vendors Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO strategy, analytics, and campaign performance metrics Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations Strong project management, organization, and communication skills Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Law firm marketing experience is a plus, but not required This position will play a major role in shaping the future growth, digital strategy, and marketing direction of the firm.
