Philly Reclaim is a building material reuse center and architectural salvage store that sells building materials salvaged by PCC trainees in order to fund our job training programs. Warehouse Sales Associate Job Description The Warehouse Sales Associate is responsible for covering store hours at Philly Reclaim. The Associate will provide customer service and support throughout their shopping experience including promoting our mission, donation and loyalty programs, identifying potential project leads, processing sales using a device based point of sale/inventory system, handling cash and making change; accepting and tracking incoming donations and materials, assisting customers with loading and/or coordination of delivery/pickup, preparing and packaging items for shipping, researching antique items for identification and pricing, advocating customer concerns to management when appropriate, and assist Sales Manager or executive team with tasks critical to sales, marketing, and mission strategies as requested. In order to perform the duties of Warehouse Sales Associate the candidate must retain the ability to walk, squat, stoop, reach to, above or below shoulder level, lift, carry, push, pull, climb, and use hands to handle and feel.
