We believe that many voters are busy, distracted, and impatient. You’ll keep creative campaigns organized, track timelines, and work closely with volunteer designers, copywriters, and campaign managers to ensure deliverables move forward on schedule.What You’ll DoOversee timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for advertising initiativesFacilitate weekly check‑ins and track progress in project management tools (Preference for Jira experience)Support campaign managers and strategists by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutionsEnsure alignment with WeVote’s brand guidelines and missionCommunicate clearly with a diverse, remote volunteer teamWhat We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing or advertisingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teamsFamiliarity with advertising workflows or campaign tracking a plusPassion for civic engagement and a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset2+ hours per week during our core team hours M–F 8 a.m. – 6 p.mYou are currently located in the US and can work one or two hours that overlap with US Pacific Time per weekHow to ApplySubmit your resume (via the WeVote apply link) and include a brief note/cover letter explaining why you are interested in WeVote and helping our mission.
