Growth View Marketing is hiring a Wireless Team Member to represent AT&T in local communities and work directly with customers to provide wireless solutions. As a Wireless Team Member, you will engage with customers in person, provide product knowledge, and guide them through AT&T services. Conduct daily sales interactions with customers while representing AT&T in local communitiesDeliver professional customer service while explaining AT&T wireless plans, devices, and promotions Use strong sales techniques to present AT&T products and services to customers Complete sales transactions and assist customers with AT&T activations Maintain accurate records related to sales, customer service, and AT&T account updates Build relationships with residents by delivering consistent customer service while representing AT&T Follow company guidelines for sales, customer service, and AT&T enrollment procedures Maintain professionalism and strong customer service while representing AT&T in the community High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Reliable transportationStrong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in sales, customer service, and working directly with customers Comfortable working full-time in a role focused on sales and customer service Ability to learn and explain AT&T products and services clearly to customers Full-time opportunity focused on sales and customer service Training on AT&T products, promotions, and systemsA professional environment representing AT&T in local communities Opportunities to grow within sales and customer service roles
