Wireless Team Member

Growth View Marketing is hiring a Wireless Team Member to represent AT&T in local communities and work directly with customers to provide wireless solutions. This role focuses on sales and customer service, helping customers understand AT&T products, plans, and promotions while delivering a professional and helpful experience.

As a Wireless Team Member, you will engage with customers in person, provide product knowledge, and guide them through AT&T services. The ideal candidate is motivated by sales, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in providing strong customer service while representing AT&T.

Responsibilities of the Wireless Team Member

Conduct daily sales interactions with customers while representing AT&T in local communitiesDeliver professional customer service while explaining AT&T wireless plans, devices, and promotions
Use strong sales techniques to present AT&T products and services to customers
Complete sales transactions and assist customers with AT&T activations
Maintain accurate records related to sales, customer service, and AT&T account updates
Build relationships with residents by delivering consistent customer service while representing AT&T
Follow company guidelines for sales, customer service, and AT&T enrollment procedures
Maintain professionalism and strong customer service while representing AT&T in the community

Qualifications of the Wireless Team Member

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Reliable transportationStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales, customer service, and working directly with customers
Comfortable working full-time in a role focused on sales and customer service
Ability to learn and explain AT&T products and services clearly to customers
