About Us: We're hiring work from home phone agents to handle incoming calls for customers needing some combination of electricity, solar, tv, internet and renters insurance. All calls are inbound and are generated through a combination of online advertising directed to vipenergyservice.com as well as a network of apartment leasing agents and locators who recommend us via word of mouth to new residents moving in. All sales are generated via inbound calls or leads. \- Can handle fast pace (we get slammed with calls on a regular basis) \- Organized and persistent (to follow up when incoming calls are slower) \- Personable when dealing with people \- Sales experience on the phone working with people is a MUST \- Bilingual is a plus \- This is a work from home position so self reliance and persistence is a must
