Work From Home Office Coordinator

Ultimately, a successful Office Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our office. • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers • Update and maintain contact lists for multiple end users • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients • Become proficient using software specific to our business Requirements • Every candidate must complete a HomeVestors® Four Strengths Profile prior to interview • Works well on a team • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, & MS PowerPoint, in particular) • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Ability to follow instruction and take action without constant supervision • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or real estate processor, will be a plus • Spanish speaking is a plus, but NOT a requirement Compensation: Starting pay is $15/hour, with sales bonuses.
