Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Execution: Execute and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Spotify, OTT/CTV platforms, NextDoor, and other emerging channels Manage substantial daily budgets with a focus on maximizing patient acquisition and ROI Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations to improve KPIs Implement tracking and conversion measurement across all digital touchpoints Performance Analysis & Reporting: With periodic support from the Head of Digital: Generate clear and comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for leadership Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Track and report on key metrics including cost per acquisition, patient volume, lifetime value, and ROAS Strategic Support: Support the Head of Digital in developing channel-specific strategies and testing roadmaps Research and recommend new advertising platforms and opportunities Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and healthcare marketing regulations Provide input on creative direction to maximize performance Growth & Expansion Support: Execute launch campaigns for new clinic openings and market entries Manage geo-targeted campaigns to support rapid expansion across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas Support brand transition campaigns for newly acquired clinics QualificationsRequired Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta advertising Experience preferred with additional platforms (Spotify, OTT/CTV, NextDoor, etc) Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50K+ with demonstrated ROI improvement Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, platform reporting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field Google Ads and Meta advertising certifications Experience with healthcare advertising regulations and compliance Basic understanding of HTML, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking setup Experience with project management tools and collaborative workflows Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Data-driven mindset with ability to translate numbers into actionable insights Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Passion for healthcare accessibility and helping underserved communities What We Offer Competitive salary of $70,000/year Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid work flexibility (2 days/week in Dallas or OKC office) Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on community healthcare access Professional development opportunities in a rapidly growing organization Collaborative team environment with growth potential Travel expense reimbursement when needed Physical Requirements Ability to work in office environment 2 days per week Proficiency with computer systems and multiple monitors for campaign management Occasional travel to clinic locations or industry events may be required How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your paid digital advertising experience and results you've achieved.
