Plan programs and activities. Performance is acceptable when: Members actively participate in a variety of programs and activities that are fun. Performance is acceptable when: Programs and activities in program area addresses the developmental needs, interests and characteristics of club youth ages 6-12. Program sheets are filled out on a weekly basis and are turned in on the Thursday for the upcoming week. Staff participate appropriately with youth in program area, always demonstrating leadership to assure the conduct, safety, and development of members.
