**About the Role:**

Soccer Shots - Queens is looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time! In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of growing our youth sports community by connecting families with our beloved soccer programs. If you love sports, kids, and creative marketing, this is the opportunity for you!

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive enrollment and brand awareness
* Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow our online community presence
* Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations,  youth sports networks, and community influencers.
* Plan and coordinate events, pop-ups, and promotional activities
* Develop marketing design materials inclusive of flyers, posters, postcards using Canva.
* Create content inclusive of videos, print materials, articles, blogs, emails, newsletters, informational sheets.
* Deploy e-mail marketing campaigns
* Collaborate with program staff to align marketing efforts with program schedules and offerings
* Maintain website up to date with most relevant content for our community
* Manage and monitor digital marketing efforts SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads
* Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance and report on results
* Collaborate with the team in other creative marketing opportunities

**Requirements:**

* 1-3 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or a related field
* Strong social media skills across platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Passion for youth sports, child development, or community engagement
* Experience with  marketing and project tools (Salesforce, Canva, Microsoft 365)
* Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
* Familiarity with the Queens communities

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
