We are looking for team members who are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and coordination of sensitive communications for senior leadership.Partner with HR to manage onboarding, process payroll, maintain employee records, and support confidential HR functions.Assist marketing efforts by preparing presentations, updating marketing collateral, managing email campaigns, coordinating events, and supporting social media content.Oversee and maintain organized filing systems for both administrative and HR documentation.Support daily office needs, ensuring supplies are stocked and facilities run smoothly; provide receptionist support and event logistics as needed.Troubleshoot process issues, recommend workflow improvements, and help implement best practices across departments.Manage inbound calls, coordinate project timelines, and ensure timely follow-up on key tasks.Enter, track, and analyze data with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience supporting executives and/or HR teamsExposure to marketing support duties, such as digital or event marketingStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple prioritiesCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalismPreference will be given to candidates currently residing in Hawaii, due to the nature of the work.
