We are a growing brand with many moving parts and candidates must be flexible, easy-going and able to multi-task in a busy environment. Creative Sales Associates: *at least 2 years experience in similar field *must be comfortable working alone and alongside other staff and directly with customers *ability to complete back-end & sales floor tasks efficiently *weekends are mandatory *merchandising skills a plus! **must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis** Marketing/Website Coordinator: *self starter with the ability to manage and maintain website platform powered by Shopify *experience with website maintenance and publishing is strongly preferred (and basic HTML understanding is a bonus!) *creatively manage inventory and grow online business through weekly marketing campaigns, newsletters and blogs *must have experience with Shopify, Klaviyo platforms *candidate will work closely with owner to plan and initiate monthly and quarterly marketing calendar *can be a combination of remote & in-person *10-15 hours a week initially but we can see this growing as the business grows Social Media Specialist: *develop, manage and implement our social media strategy and be the voice of the store on social media *candidate must have demonstrated experience using social media to help grow a customer base and engage an audience *must be able to work closely with marketing coordinator and owner to create and manage weekly and monthly marketing campaigns *ability to design and create print ads & store signage for special events, sales, etc using Canva, Picmonkey applications for social media *use Later to schedule weekly social media posts *regularly respond in our voice to customer inquiries submitted via social (FB and IG) *measure the success of social media campaigns and report weekly to owner and suggest improvements *monitor customer engagement, and act as the public face of the store on all social media platforms *stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies *ideally, candidate will have worked in a retail-type environment *can be a combination of remote & in-person *10-15 hours a week initially but we can see this growing as the business grows ALL INTERESTED APPLICANTS PLEASE APPLY TO: hello@westcottmercantile.com Include resume & please include a cover letter telling us something about yourself that we will not find in your resume!
