Experienced Medical Front Office Staff needed for Concierge Practice

Must have previous medical front office management experience (at least 3-5 years preferred) including excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 2\\. Must maintain a positive, enthusiastic and energetic attitude towards work, be able to work well with others (employees, staff, patients) and help contribute to the positive culture and teamwork environment of our office, and be willing to go above and beyond when called for (when our patients or doctors need it), and willing to take initiative when opportunities present 17\\. Looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond to help our company grow 18\\. This position will work directly hand in hand with the Office/Practice Manager, as well as the President, CEO and Owner of the company, participating in all the daily activities of running the practice, taking care of patients, as well as helping to oversee the marketing, social media, clinical outreach, practice management, HR, payroll, growth opportunities, team-building activities and all aspects of running the company from the administrative perspective This is a position that we would like to grow into a leadership role for someone who demonstrates the right combination of interpersonal qualities, dedication and commitment to patient care, hard work ethic, willingness to go above and beyond for out patients and our practice, desire for long term employment and growth, and who shows a great fit with our practice. We are looking for someone who is able to dedicate more of themselves to the growth and success of the company, with scheduling flexibility, and the ability to stay later when needed, as well as the ability to occasionally work a flexible shift depending on the hours needed by the docs or other staff members, and staggering shifts with the other staff when needed to make sure all docs and patients have coverage in the office We have an amazing, warm, close-knit team environment, in both the front office as well as in the clinical team.
