-Practice open and respectful and solution orientation communication with coworkers and participate in regular meetings. -Be prepared and be present whenever the kitchen is open – responsible for “setting the tone” to promote a positive environment. -Communicate between kitchen and bar on “happenings”. Kitchen: -Responsible for oversight and execution of cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all aspects of the physical kitchen. -Complete weekly inventory to bring items to “PAR”.
