We are looking to expand our staff with a part - time (20 hours/week) marketing professional/ leasing agent (before Feb 1). The ideal candidate will possess excellent organization skills; an outgoing/friendly personality; experience in marketing/advertising is a plus. Responsibilities will include advertising properties for rent on multiple websites, taking pictures, staging, scheduling appointments, follow up calls, showing properties and other general office duties. MUST be able to obtain a State of Illinois leasing license. There is potential for this position to allow for more hours in the next few months.
