Create Broachers, Flyers, Marketing Pieces (both in print and by email) for new listings and open houses and other ads etc Attend Open Houses as needed, and makes rounds to check on all listings, weekends availability, making sure there are Broachers present and add and pick up cards, make sure doors are locked and lights are off People person, friendly and knows how to make friends easily We rather meet someone than sit at my desk, can get overwhelmed at times but can do multi tasked and stay even tempered, can put safeguards in position, we like balance and don't like surprises, we want to have control of our business in every way possible to operate our business, we can become un-trusting very quickly, we like calculators and want our team to take notes and not to work from memory, list and any electronics that help organize duties and information to stay in front of us. We want someone who can think for themselves, have a head on their shoulders, be willing to take a risk, being able to change what they have done, if it's not quit what we were thinking, want someone to be able to manage something without us, be able to manage things without us, does not have a NO in their vocabulary and is willing to try something even though they don't know how too and is willing to do research and is not be LAZY, someone is willing to take something and will run with it.
