-Assist the store manager in meeting determined sales plans. -Ensure consistent execution of company’s marketing and visual presentation. -Set up advertising displays & arrange merchandise on shelves to promote sales. -Drive sales through consistent development of product knowledge & customer service standards -Ensure compliance to policies & procedures and report concerns. -Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transaction and bulk count as guided by store Manager.
