We sell primarily to the promotional products/advertising-specialty industry, but also directly to the consumer with online and Amazon sales. Stay in communication with Art Dept and production team, about delayed proof approvals; follow-up with client if ship date is in jeopardy Assist Accounting dept with packing slips, invoices, and billing for order shipments as needed. Assist shipping manager with shipments and become proficient with all aspects of the shipping process including packing boxes and entering orders into the USPS, UPS and Fed Ex system.
