We are a fast-growing company and provide our team members with multiple opportunities to learn, grow and expand their responsibilities. **CORE VALUE #8 We believe our best investment is in our people** As a successful E-commerce Manager with Healthy Spot you will support the E-commerce business goals by performing a variety of tasks across online inventory management, online marketing content, SEO, reporting and optimizing the online experience along with the following: * Development of annual and seasonal Ecommerce and Amazon financial plans (sales, margin, and inventory) in partnership with the inventory team that supports Healthy Spots business strategies. * Manage site merchandising strategy across all Ecommerce platforms, including Instacart and DoorDash, to maximize sales and conversion. * Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate inventory levels and to minimize out of stocks, as well as the Digital Marketing team to align on strategy and initiative execution to meet/exceed sales plans. * Exceptional planning and organizational skills to lead the implementation of new site features and functionality in partnership with cross-functional teams and/or third-party partners.
