Small property management firm in Boulder is looking for a Leasing Agent. Schedule is flexible and could be Part Time or Full Time. Willing to train someone with little to no experience if you're a marketing master!!! Job Duties: \\- writing creative ads and organizing photos for advertising; \\- answering phone/email/text inquiries on vacancies; \\- showing and "selling" the unit to prospects; \\- processing applications; \\- weekly inspections to maintain property's curb appeal; \\- taking calls from current residents and entering maintenance requests; \\- building relationships with outside vendors; \\- occasional filing and any other tasks as requested by the manager. Requirements: \\- hard worker, goal oriented; \\- organized with attention to details; \\- neat, professional appearance; \\- thorough understanding of fair housing laws; \\- excellent customer service and people skills; \\- valid drivers license, reliable vehicle with insurance.
