Clear understanding of how to navigate serious to catastrophic injury claims with large insurance carriers and other Defendants. INDEPENDENT: Ability to effectively work injury claims from start to finish, with little direction when necessary. STRONG SENSE OF URGENCY: We are a highly active Firm, and move quickly in all areas: Client response time, call-backs to potential new clients, urgency to all external business associates, etc. -Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations in a legal office (preferred).
