Art House, a downtown Santa Rosa boutique hotel opening in spring 2021, seeks a creative and dynamic General Manager to ensure a positive guest experience, attract, manage, and retain quality staff, oversee excellence in hotel functions, and maximize profitability. As General Manager, your core responsibilities will include: -Supporting Art House’s launch process. -Fostering relationships with local and regional artists, and facilitating art sales. -Performing other duties as assigned Art House’s ideal GM candidate will possess: -3 or more years’ management experience in the hospitality field, including supervision of subordinate staff. -Ability to prioritize and complete diverse tasks to achieve Art House’s performance objectives.
