A typical day as a Leasing Professional will include but is not limited to: § Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service § Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours § Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers' § Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes § Community event planning and execution § Follow up with prospects by phone and email § Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units § Assisting in lease renewals § Respond to resident concerns The ideal candidate will have the following experience or transferable skills: § Previous multi-family leasing experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required, additional luxury high-rise experience is preferred § Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required § Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions § High level of professionalism in both manner and dress Benefits of working for Greystar include: § Competitive hourly wage and bonus potential § Two weeks' vacation accrual time, four additional personal days, 10 Sick days, and ten paid holidays to start.
