Office Administrator (part-time)

Woburn based Property Management company is seeking a part-time Office Administrator for our Marlborough, MA property. The right candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and will have a professional and pleasant demeanor, previous office experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills and will be proficient with Microsoft Office products. This position is ideal for somebody who takes initiative and is willing to grow within the position and the company by taking on new tasks. The schedule is 25 hours per week, five days per week. •Prepares accounts payable entries/reports and maintains accounts payable files •Receives and records tenant payments, makes bank deposits as necessary •Data entry of work orders and notes of completion •Handles incoming and outgoing mail and other deliveries •Maintains office files Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: •Minimum of one to two years experience preferred •Proficient in Microsoft Office •Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM with accuracy •Strong communication skills-written and verbal •Strong attention to detail and thoroughness •Has a courteous and professional demeanor •Drivers license and proof of insurance may be required •Ability to read, write and speak both English and Spanish.
