On-Site Resident Manager 57 Unit Apartment Building Shoreline

This position requires living on-site. There is a $45 application and background check fee for each adult that will be living in the apartment. Couples are welcome to apply and share the duties/compensation. Duties include: *General grounds upkeep and cleaning *Maintaining cleanliness of property and grounds (interior common areas and exterior) *Handling maintenance requests (fielding calls from tenants then calling appropriate contractors) and sometimes light maintenance/repairs *Apartment advertising, showings and providing applications to prospects *Coordination with vendors/contractors for on-site work *Monitor and enforce building rules *Posts notices as directed by Property Manager *Reports any lease violations immediately to Property Manager *Provides updates to Property Manager *Regular phone and email communications with Property Manager Must haves: *Basic maintenance knowledge (really just common sense) *Flexible schedule for handling duties when needed *Excellent, verbal, written and internet skills *Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word Proficient with Internet Use *Comfortable dealing with diverse cultures and languages Personable, friendly and outgoing with a "can- do" attitude *Willing to take direction Strong organizational skills *Ability to lift 40 pounds, walk stairs MUST HAVE own working computer with MS Office. MUST HAVE internet access at home MUST HAVE car, drivers license and insurance.
